Shipping Policy
- Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping and processing.
- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders are not processed on major holidays.
- In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations!
- We ask that you please review our full shipping policy prior to making a purchase.
PRE-ORDERS
If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page in the description in bold lettering. For pre-orders please allow 4–6 weeks for shipping and processing. Please note that unforeseen circumstances with postal services may sometimes lead to delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly about any changes in the shipping schedule.
International Orders
We’re happy to offer international shipping! Please note that orders shipped outside the country may be subject to customs processing and extended delivery times depending on the destination. Unexpected Delays
In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Circumstances outside of our control may cause shipping delays such as international customs/tariffs, extended processing, major holidays, high-traffic volume, etc. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please contact us at support@cimani.co if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work quickly to resolve it!
Returns & Refunds
